say. What’s that going to be about - and how
will you get it - is it going to be available
somewhere locally?
Well, Zen has ventured far and wide
since the programme re-launch back in April.
Sessions have run in Edinburgh and Brentwood,
alongside more frequent sessions at Zen HQ in
Rochdale.
There is a wide variety in the
training on offer, with specific courses covering
ADSL broadband basics, fault diagnostics, full
product training, and induction packages for newer
partners.

Despite being launched in April,
it’s worth noting that the training isn’t
just for new ZenPartners. We have had excellent
feedback from partners who have been in the
programme for years.
Everyone can benefit. It doesn’t
matter if you are a techie or a newbie. Get in

The training is set to continue in
Bristol, Birmingham and Reigate next month (see the
related links on this page for more information on
the venues) and there are places still available at
all three venues. Courses are completely free - it
won’t cost you anything to attend - but being
