The final stop on the ZenPartner training tour in October was at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull on 25th Oct. It saw the following people attend:

November also saw a number of newly signed up partners from in and around the North West, attending the Induction training session at Zen Headquarters:

When asked which parts of the training were most useful Carly McKay of Samarind, commented, “The competitor analysis and useful Web sites were excellent as they will answer our customer’s main objectives”.

One of the newest editions to the ZenPartner training programme is the Product Training session (see related links for more info). This session is designed for those members of staff who require more in-depth information about each product available through ZenPartner, the kind of scenarios they would be suitable for and the benefits that would be seen as a result. Partners who have sales staff may find it particularly useful sending these staff on this session, to give them a better insight into how and where they can re-sell these products.
Everyone can benefit. It doesn’t
matter if you are a techie or a newbie. Get in
