Following the implementation of the ZenPartner Training Programme, we have now introduced a dedicated page on the ZenPartner Web site, specifically for the Training Programme.
The new section explains how and why you would benefit from attending the courses that are available (free of charge) through the programme as well as advertising up to date training schedules.
In addition to this, there is also detailed information about what each course involves, their content and objectives, who would benefit most from attending them, as well as up to date agendas and booking forms, allowing you to book directly onto the sessions.
If you are a Partner who is based outside of the North West, the training sessions that are run regularly at different locations around the country will also be posted up on the Training Section of the Web site, so please check regularly for these so that you don't miss out.
To visit the new Training Programme page please visit the ZenPartner site, log in and click on Training.
The latest addition to the portfolio of courses available through the training programme being launched in the New Year is the ZenPartner Sales Training course.
This course is designed to give you a clearer understanding of the products and services available to sell as well as some basic selling techniques.
The Sales Training session will provide your company and staff with a more in-depth and complete understanding of the full range of products and services available to you, some of which you may have previously been aware of. In addition, it introduces some basic selling skills to assist in the selling and promotion of the Zen product set.
This session would be best suited to members of staff involved in the direct selling and promotion of Zen products and services to their customers i.e. sales/account management. For more information, or to reserve a place on the next session, please see the Training section of the Zenpartner portal:

December was another busy month for training, with a combination of new and existing partners travelling from around the North West to our HQ for both technical and induction training:
Cincture Technology Ltd - Ray Galatola
Zitech Solutions - Derek Blakey
Manchester IT - Barry Hobson
Amberworks - Paul Kecun & Martin Swann
Envision Technologies - Jonathon Willets
In addition to the January schedule, we have arranged to come and deliver the ADSL Essentials course at Regus offices in Croydon. The session is great for technical engineers and support staff as it takes the hassle out of initial diagnostics and fault raising, as well as running through trouble shooting and problem solving.
This course is now fully booked.
In addition we are running the induction course in Croydon on the 15th. For more details please visit https://www.zenpartner.com/partner/training.aspx?page=116 (please log in before visiting this page).
Everyone can benefit. It doesnt
matter if you are a techie or a newbie. Get in
