The session gave the newer partners a good insight into what being a ZenPartner entails and how it will benefit them, in addition to giving Quadra a nice refresher and an opportunity to improve some of their ordering and payment processes by having more of an insight into how Zens systems work.
In April we have been out on site to conduct sales training at Network Telecom in Shropshire who have recently expanded their sales team and therefore required product and sales information for all of their new sales staff.
The training covered all the reasons why you would choose Zen over other, cheaper providers in addition to some more detailed coverage on how DSL works, benefits and features etc.
We also travelled over to Yorkshire Telecom in Halifax to carry out a refresher session on ordering and a company update.
This month will see us running the ZenPartner Induction event down at St. Albans (please click here for location), which will give some of our newer partners based toward the south an opportunity to really get to grips with the product range available through Zen.
The session covers each product in more detail, explaining how they work in addition to how they are used. There is a full competitor analysis and tips included on overcoming objections to enable you to be the most effective partner possible. We will also be running the induction session from our flagship headquarters building in Rochdale. To book on the session, please complete the online ordering form on the partner portal.
In addition, this month we are holding a Managed Security Training Event on the 23rd May in Manchester to coincide with the launch of our new range of managed security products.
The training will cover what is now available for partners within this new product range, including all the features, benefits and selling points of the Fortinet UTM appliances and what is covered within the management contract. New downloadable training materials are now available in the downloads section of the Web site. These are designed to further assist your company to increase your ZenPartner revenue and the smooth running of support processes. New materials include fault diagnostic flow charts to be used in conjunction with troubleshooting queries and fault raising and a handling common objections reference sheet, which arms you with all those good reasons as to why go with Zen over other providers.
