July has been a busy month for ZenPartner Training, with more induction sessions for new partners in addition to another Managed Security Workshop. We have also been arranging the ZenPartner Product Update Tour.

Zen Managed Security Workshop – 05/07/06

Due to the success of last month’s session we decided to run another Security Workshop. The session got great feedback once again and it was a good opportunity for those partners in attendance to think about offering our Managed Security services out to customers – especially with the recent half price promotion on this product. In attendance were:

ADSL Essentials – 14th July

	Ian Watson of Telis is presented with a Gold status Partner plaque

Ian Watson from Telis Limited came up to Rochdale this month for some diagnostic training. Telis have been re-selling Zen’s Internet services since 2001 and have built up an impressive amount of connections.

As Telis manage these connections they decided it would be a good idea to come and have a spot of training with regards to how initial diagnostics work, what needs to be done and why, in addition to how to identify the different types of faults. Ian was also presented with his Gold Partner Plaque and certificate.
